Campaign Story

Hi, I’m Krystal, and my husband is Al. We’ve been trying to grow our family for multiple years, but due to having PCOS, we learned welcoming a baby would be more challenging than expected and has led us through the daunting journey of infertility.

Throughout the years, we’ve faced the quiet but very real grief of lost pregnancies, the heartbreak of a future we were preparing and longing for but didn’t get to live, and the emotional toll of years without success. This journey has been filled with so many tears, moments of doubt, confusion, hurt and racing against the clock, but also unwavering love and our hope for a baby has deepened. Now, we’re turning toward fertility treatments like IUI and IVF, holding onto the possibility they bring.

Neither my insurance nor Al’s veteran coverage helps with these treatments, so we are fundraising to help with the costs and we are so greatly appreciative for any support along the way.
